As we source our hair from actual origins and don’t get any of our supplies from one massive factory in China, you’re sure that when you buy hair from us you’re not buying heavily processed hair that is coated in silicone or mixed with animal and synthetic hair.

These types of hair go through harsh processing like acid baths and chemical rinses that strip the protective layer of the hair. Some of the hair used to make these hair extensions are collected from salon floors, hairbrushes and the most bizarre source is from drains. Once they’ve gone through the harsh processing and silicone-coating, the hair extensions from these Chinese factories appear shiny and glossy, tricking you into believing you’ve bought the best hair. After a couple of washes, the true state of these types of hair extensions will be revealed and you’ll be left with unmanageable hair that goes straight in the bin. ETHICAL SOURCING

Our hair extensions are made from ethically sourced donor hair. Our donors grow their hair long and when they decide to sell it, they go to a professional salon to have it cut from the ponytail it’s tied in; this way the hair strands flow in the same direction. Our donors are not exploited nor forced to sell their hair; they are paid for selling their hair.
