Due to hygiene and its delicacy, we do not accept returns on our Virgin Russian Hair Extensions and Coloured Russian Hair ranges. So please ensure you are happy to purchase before making a payment.

If you need to return any of our other hair ranges, we advise that you send us a message stating why you need to return or exchange. We will not accept returns if you have not given us prior notice. If we agree to your return, we advise you to send it to us using recorded service as we will not process it until we have the hair in our possession. We will only accept your return if the hair hasn't been tampered with; we expect tags, ribbons, etc., to be untouched and undamaged. Failure to return the hair in its original condition will invalidate your right to return.
We have done our best to describe our hair and represent our colours as clearly as we can, and as a result, they only serve to illustrate. Please note that our colours may appear different on your screens. If you need further clarifications about our colours or any other questions, contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to help you further.
We will not take any responsibility for any damage incurred due to poor fitting and application of our wefts; our hair extensions should only be fitted by a professional. If you want to colour your hair extensions, we strongly recommend that you have it done by a professional as we will not be held responsible for any damage. Remember that using harsh chemicals and heat can damage your hair extensions just as it can your natural hair, so be mindful of this.
If you have to use our hair extensions while on holiday, we recommend that you keep them away from chlorine water, seawater, and hard water in general. Exposure to these can damage your hair extensions and even strip them of colour. We will not be held liable if this occurs, so do take care.
