We've done the hard work of sourcing the best hair extensions; looking after them is essential for you to get the best out of them. Remember that our hair extensions are made from raw human hair, and once they've been cut from our donors, they don't get nourishment from the scalp anymore.
We recommend that you look after them like you do your hair and provide them with the nourishment they need to remain healthy.

 •You should only wash your hair extensions with sulphate and paraben-free shampoo and conditioner.
•Make sure you detangle your hair before washing, and always make sure they are travelling in the same direction.
•It is advisable to keep your hair extensions away from chlorine water as this can dry out your hair. Also, make sure to keep your hair extensions away from seawater and excessive heat.
•Our hand-tied wefts should not be cut; they should be fitted from ear to ear. However, our flat wefts can be cut with care if you so wish and can also be doubled if you need to.
•Our Luxe Tail and Luxe Volume ranges are made from 100% Virgin Russian Hair and can be professionally coloured (you need to ensure a professional hairdresser does this as we will not be liable for any damage, please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.)
